Medication Therapy Management (MTM) – APhA Certification (21 CEU Hours)

On Saturday, October 14, 2017, the University of New England College of Continuing Education will be conducting the APhA Certification program of MTM. The program provides 21 CEU Hours (8 hours of live CE and 13 hours of home study). The program will run from 8:30am – 5:00pm at a cost of $425.00 which includes breakfast and lunch. Convention Cancellation policy: We will refund 100% of your registration fees until October 1st and 50% of your registration fees on or after October 1st.
